Norwich Airport Competition

Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter is: Norwich Airport Limited (company no. 02078773) whose registered office is at Norwich Airport, Norwich, NR6 6JA.
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except for employees of all divisions of Regional & City Airports Ltd, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Route to entry and details of how to enter are via norwichairport.co.uk and promotion via Norwich Airport’s social media pages: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and email database.
6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
7. Closing date for entry will be midnight on ‘Friday 31^st March 2023’. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. The rules of the competition are simply complete the entry form to be entered into the prize draw.
10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
11. KLM will do all possible to confirm your flights subject to the following:
12. The prize is one pair of return KLM Economy Class return tickets (including taxes) from Norwich to Amsterdam. Tickets are subject to availability.
13. Flights should be fully operated by KLM
14. Each return ticket must be used together (both passengers must travel together). One of the passengers must be the prize winner. An adult must accompany any children or infant.
15. KLM is not responsible for any transport at the destination, transfers to or from the airports, accommodation, or any other travel expense.
16. Booking period finishes on 15 NOVEMBER 2023.
17. All travel must be completed by 15 DECEMBER 2023.
18. Travel is not permitted between 31 MARCH 2023 and 16 APRIL 2023 & 20 JULY 2023 and 10 SEPTEMBER 2023
19. Booking must be made at least 30 days before the preferred date of travel.
20. No extension of the date or change of destination is allowed from those specified in these T&Cs.
21. No change of companion, names, travel dates or any other detail in the tickets is allowed once these have been issued.
22. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be substituted for any other prize or cash value.
23. Income taxes (if any) paid on the value of this prize, or any other applicable surcharges, shall be the responsibility of the winner, parent, or legal guardian.
24. Winning tickets are excluded from the Flying Blue programme. Winners who are members of this programme, including those who accompany them, may not accrue Miles for the prize flights.
25. Winner must be over the age of 18 with a valid passport to travel (valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date for the trip). Winner and accompanying persons must obtain all visas, permissions and other documentation required. KLM is not liable for the costs of obtaining the correct entry documents.
26. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
27. KLM reserves the right to change its schedule at short notice and in such an event, passengers will be advised via e-mail.
28. Travel insurance is not included in this prize and, if not already covered, it is recommended that the prize winner purchases insurance prior to travel.
29. Any necessary visas are responsibility of the prize winner and their guest. The prize winner should check with their local authorities regarding passport and visa requirements.
30. The winner will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by the promoter.
31. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the competition closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
32. The promoter will notify the winner of when and where the prize can be collected.
33. The prize winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material.
34. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party.
35. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after the closing date by emailing [email protected]
36. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters relating to the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
37. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network.

39. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
40. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
