Please note that car parking is now managed by Norwich Airport and not NCP. As a result, some booking features and processes have changed. Please read our FAQs below for more information.
How do I make a booking?
To make your booking visit our car parking booking site and simply select your dates and times for arrival and departure. You will then be prompted to complete your passenger and payment details. You will be sent an email with a 6-digit verification code. This is a security measure. Copy and paste the 6-digit code into the confirmation page and you will be directed to your details page.
How do I access existing car parking bookings?

What do I do if I am having issues logging in to the booking site with the 6-digit verification code?
Your device might be set to use saved passwords which is why you are having this difficulty. Please delete the password for the Norwich Airport website from your settings (list of saved passwords).
Once that is done, please request a new verification code and use that one to login.
What payment methods are accepted?
There are a number of payment methods accepted including Visa Debit, Visa Credit, MasterCard Debit, MasterCard Credit, and American Express.
Can I book a disabled space?
Disabled spaces cannot be pre-booked but all our car parks have disabled spaces for use by blue badge holders. For more information see our blue badge parking page.
Can I book at short notice?
Bookings can be made up to 24 hours before arrival at the airport.
How far ahead can I book?
You can book up to six months in advance.
Why is there no availability for the dates I am trying to book?
If you cannot find availability for a particular product it is likely that the product is either fully booked or you do not meet the booking conditions for that particular product. It is unlikely that you will find no availability, however, if you do please contact us on 01603 361303.
Why do you need to know my car registration number?
By giving us your car registration number, you benefit from entry to the car park using cameras that recognize your registration number on entry and exit. This makes entering and leaving the car park seamless.
Do I need to hand my keys in?
All our car parks are self-parking facilities meaning there is no requirement for you to hand over your keys.
Does booking guarantee me a space?
Yes, by booking in advance you are guaranteed a space in your chosen car park although you will not be able to choose which space you get. If you would like to park as close to the terminal then our Priority parking is the most convenient option.
Are there any height restrictions in place?
There are no height restriction in our car parks.
What do I do if I have not received my booking confirmation?
If you have not received your booking confirmation email then please first check your email spam folder. If it is not in there then please go to the Manage My Booking facility and select the option to re-print email. If you are still experiencing issues then please contact us on 01603 361303.
How do I obtain a receipt for my pre-booked parking?
Please login to the Manage My Booking and select the option to re-print email. If you are still experiencing issues then please contact us on 01603 361303.
Do I have to tell you if I am coming in a different car than I said when I booked?
If you are travelling in a different car please let us know the change of number plate to make entry and exit seamless. You can do this either in the Manage My Booking facility of our online booking site or by contacting us on 01603361303. Please ensure that you bring your booking confirmation with you.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
This depends on the product that you have purchased. To find this out please visit the Manage My Booking facility on our online booking site. Click on the cog icon to the right of the booking you would like to change or cancel and select amend or cancel.
How do I “manage my booking”?
You can amend your booking in the Manage My Booking facility on our online booking site. If you do not have access to the internet then you can phone our call centre on 01603 361303, they will be able to amend your booking for you.
What do I do when I get to the car park?
Your booking confirmation will have instruction on what to do when you get to the car park. These vary depending on which parking product you have booked.
How do I use my car parking reservation?
You do not need to print off your parking confirmation. On arrival please drive up to the barrier. The system will recognize your registration number and the barrier will lift to let you in to the car park. The machine will also generate a ticket, please ensure you take this with you as you will need it to leave the car park. The system can take up to 30 seconds to recognize your registration number. If the barrier does not lift DO NOT press for a ticket and instead press the intercom button to speak to a car park operator who will give you access to the car park.
Once you have entered the car park it will depend on which parking product you have booked. Full instructions can be found on your confirmation email but if you are not sure there are signs that you can follow.
On departure
The car park uses a number plate recognition system to match you to your reservation. You will be given a ticket on entry to the car park (a recognized booking will show a series of numbers just above the barcode). As long as you return within your reservation times, the barrier should automatically raise. If it does not then you will need to simply enter the ticket into the exit column and the barrier will raise.
Do I have to put my credit/debit card into the machines at entry or exit to the car park?
If you have pre-booked your car parking then there is no need to put your card details into the machines at any point. If you have not pre-booked then you will need to pay either by card or cash before leaving the car park at one of our payment machines located at the front of the car park nearest the terminal building.

What if my return flight is delayed or I go over my pre-paid parking period?
Please contact the call centre on 01603 361303 to advise, overstays will be chargeable.
What if I arrive early before my pre-paid parking period?
Please ensure that you arrive at or after the time selected on your booking as additional charges will apply if you arrive before this time.
What if my vehicle breaks down in the car park?
Go to the office located in the main terminal building adjacent to customer services or use the intercom on the payment machines in the long stay car park to inform the car parking operator.
What happens if I damage another vehicle?
In the unlikely event of this happening, you must report the incident to the car park operator either in the main terminal building adjacent to customer services or using the intercom on the payment machines if in the long stay car park. Do not leave the car park without reporting the incident. T/C’s apply.
What happens if my vehicle is damaged in the car park?

How do I register a complaint or comment?
If you would like to register a complaint or feedback on your parking experience then please complete our online feedback form.
My booking is showing a PREAUTH status.
If your parking booking shows as PREAUTH please wait 5 to 10 minutes for the payment to be processed and the booking confirmation to be emailed to you. If you don’t receive the confirmation, please contact our call centre on 01603 361303. Please DO NOT make another booking or your booking could be duplicated.
My booking is showing a pending status.
If your parking booking shows as pending this means that your payment has not yet been taken. If this occurs, please check with your bank. Please DO NOT make another booking or your booking could be duplicated.

Blue Badge Parking
If you’re dropping friends, colleagues or loved ones at the airport or picking them up, we offer dedicated Drop Off/Pick Up spaces for Blue Badge holders in the short stay car park. You can stay for up to 4 hours for the current up to 30 minutes rate. To validate your ticket, please take your Blue Badge to the parking office in the terminal and the rate will be adjusted accordingly.
Parking for Blue Badge Holders is available in the Short Stay Car Park and Long Stay Car Park. Short stay blue badge parking is located at the end of the first and second lane and long stay parking is located at the far end of the car park from entry, closest to the terminal. Please note this space is limited.
To pre-book your parking simply visit our booking site. There is no need to specify that you require Blue Badge parking when booking. When you arrive, please park in any allocated parking bay for Blue Badge Holders.
Motorcycle parking
We have four dedicated motorcycle bays. These are located near to the short stay exit. At entry ride along the first lane adjacent to pick up/ drop off, motorcycle parking is on the corner opposite the disabled bays.
If you’re dropping friends, colleagues or loved ones at the airport or picking them up, you can park for up to 30 mins for £5, allowing you time to wave them off or greet them on return. Please see below ‘Car Park tariff (not booked)’ for parking charges over 30 minutes.
If you are a Blue Badge Holder then we offer dedicated Pick Up and Drop Off spaces for Blue Badge holders in the short stay car park. You can stay for up to 4 hours for the current up to 30 minutes rate. To validate your ticket, please take your Blue Badge to the parking office in the terminal and the rate will be adjusted accordingly.

Located 3 miles north of Norwich city centre just off Holt Rd (A140), Norwich airport is easily accessible by car.
When approaching from either the north or south, turn into the junction for ‘Amsterdam Way’ and follow the signs for the airport. Turn left at the roundabout for our Long Stay car park or go straight ahead at the roundabout and continue to follow the signs for our Short Stay car park.

Arrival instructions
Upon arrival
We use number plate recognition technology. When you arrive at the entry barrier, our camera will read your number plate and the barrier will raise. If the barrier doesn’t raise automatically, press the button for assistance so we can confirm your booking details and dispense a pre-validated exit ticket for use on exit and allow you to enter and park in the car park.
If you haven’t pre-booked your space simply press the button for a ticket at the entrance barrier, take the ticket and find a place to park. Please keep your ticket safe as you will need this when you’re leaving the car park.
Leaving the car park
If you pre-booked your space then simply drive up to the exit barrier slowly, our camera will read your number plate and the barrier will raise and you can leave the car park.
If you didn’t pre-book your space, you’ll need to pay for your parking before you leave. You can pay on your way out at the exit barrier using your credit or debit card or at our payment machines. Insert your ticket at the exit barrier and if your parking is paid, the barrier will raise so you can leave. If the barrier does not raise and you have paid, please press for assistance.
If you’re not able to pre-book your parking, you can simply turn-up and park. However, if you want to guarantee your space then we do recommend that you pre-book.
